Crown Royal Presents the Dan Lowry 400, Richmond, May 3, 2008 : We had a busy weekend. Went to both the Sprint Cup and Nationwide races. Our seats were good, high enough to see the entire track, but not quite high enough to let me photograph over the fences the way I would like. Someday I'd like to get access to one of the photographer's stands in the infield and see what I can do from there! Enjoy......

Subway 500, Martinsville, Oct. 21, 2007 : OK...finally got these done and uploaded. Once again, our seats were low and I was shooting through the fence. I don't think they came out too bad. I'm getting a little better at this! Enjoy! There is at least one shot of each car that was in the race. You can see the damage on the cars as the race progressed the further you go in the gallery.

Bank Of Amerca 500, Lowe's Motor Speedway - Oct. 13, 2007 : Our seats were on row 54 of the Veranda in the Ford Motors section. The view is awesome. You can see the entire track from there with virtually no obstructions. But, if you're even just a little afraid of heights, these seats will bother you. At least until everyone is there.

Coca Cola 600, Lowe's Motor Speedway, May 27, 2007 : Pictures from the Coca-Cola 600 race on May 27th. They did a wonderful tribute to the troops, with flyby's and an artillery demonstration, along with the Army's Golden Knights Parachute Team dropping in. Once again, our seats were down pretty low, so forgive the fencing in most of the pictures. I am still learning to photograph fast-moving objects, so some of them are not 100% top quality, but worth a look if you're into racing. Average speed of the cars during green flag racing was in the neighborhood of 175 mph.

Goody's Cool Orange 500, Martinsville, April 01, 2007 : We went to the Martinsville race and I tried to get some pictures. I realize some of them may be a bit blurry, but this was my first attempt at capturing anything moving that fast, and we were up pretty close with front row seats. It was dirty, smelly, and LOUD!!! But hey - this is NASCAR up close and personal at Martinsville........ OH....and JR is my main man as you may notice as you go through these photos.
